Products are delivered within Australia by Australia Post or by a nominated courier. Delivery charges are calculated by Australia Post at the checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination post code.

Delivery Times

All attempts will be made to dispatch your order same day providing we receive your order by 1pm. Orders received after this time maybe dispatched the following business day.

Please allow up to 5-10 working days to receive your order. However, most orders will arrive at their destination within 2-3 business days.

Special Requirements

Should you require special arrangements for your delivery, please notify us of your requirements when placing your order in the order comments section. One of our staff may contact you to discuss if required.

Non Inventory Products

Some products on our website are not carried in our inventory due to warehousing restrictions. In these cases we must order the product from our suppliers before sending to you. Sometimes this may add 1 or 2 days to delivery times.

In-Store Pick Up

Products that are currently in stock are eligible for pick up from our store. Contact Us to check if the product you are interested is available for pick up in store.

We have no control over delivery of our products to you once they leave our premises. Under no circumstance we will accept liability for non-delivered items or damaged items on delivery.
